Aquesta trobada va reunir professionals d\u2019arreu del pa\u00eds per reflexionar sobre els nous reptes del sistema sanitari i el paper estrat\u00e8gic del Treball Social en els models d\u2019atenci\u00f3 actuals. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En representaci\u00f3 d\u2019Hestia Health, <strong>Sandra Cavanillas<\/strong>, membre de la<strong> Unitat de Treball Social (UTS)<\/strong>, va participar en aquesta edici\u00f3 com a coautora de la \u201c<em>Guia de Bones Pr\u00e0ctiques en Treball Social Sanitari en Atenci\u00f3 Interm\u00e8dia en Unitats d\u2019Hospitalitzaci\u00f3<\/em>\u201d, elaborada pel <strong>Consorci Sanitari de Catalunya (CSC)<\/strong> i presentada durant el congr\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a Hestia Health \u00e9s un honor formar part d\u2019espais que impulsen el coneixement, la innovaci\u00f3 i l\u2019intercanvi entre professionals.
