La trobada es va emmarcar en la <\/span><b>presentaci\u00f3 del projecte Soc Be Pro<\/b>, una iniciativa orientada a acompanyar joves en el seu proc\u00e9s formatiu i d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral.<\/p><p>En representaci\u00f3 d\u2019Hestia Health, <b>Esther Sard\u00e0<\/b>, Coordinadora de Ter\u00e0pies Rehabilitadores, va intervenir a la sessi\u00f3 sota el lema <b>\u00abL\u2019empresa com a agent orientador\u00bb<\/b>.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Durant la seva participaci\u00f3, va compartir el paper que poden exercir les organitzacions de l\u2019\u00e0mbit sociosanitari com a espais d\u2019aprenentatge, acompanyament i orientaci\u00f3 per a l\u2019alumnat en pr\u00e0ctiques, especialment en etapes clau de definici\u00f3 professional.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La jornada va posar el focus en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa i professional, l\u2019acompanyament personalitzat i la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre l\u2019entorn educatiu i el m\u00f3n laboral com a elements fonamentals per obrir oportunitats i contribuir a la formaci\u00f3 de professionals preparats per respondre a les necessitats actuals del sector.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La participaci\u00f3 en aquest tipus d\u2019espais refor\u00e7a el comprom\u00eds d\u2019Hestia Health amb la formaci\u00f3, l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i l\u2019acompanyament de les noves generacions, aix\u00ed com amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu i el professional.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hestia Health ha participat com a empresa convidada i agent orientador en una jornada organitzada pel Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, celebrada a l\u2019Institut Hospital del Mar FP Sanit\u00e0ria..
