Avan\u00e7ar en aquest cam\u00ed implica revisar pr\u00e0ctiques, compartir coneixement i consolidar models assistencials que situ\u00efn la <strong>persona al centre del seu proc\u00e9s terap\u00e8utic<\/strong>. <\/p><p>En aquest marc, el document \u201cRecomanacions en la prevenci\u00f3 i l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019intervencions restrictives\u201d, promogut per La Uni\u00f3 &#8211; Associaci\u00f3 d\u2019Entitats Sanit\u00e0ries i Socials i elaborat per professionals de diferents \u00e0mbits assistencials, representa una aportaci\u00f3 rellevant per continuar avan\u00e7ant cap a una atenci\u00f3 m\u00e9s respectuosa, segura i centrada en la persona.<\/p><p>El Dr. Eduardo Fuente, psiquiatre adjunt de la unitat de Salut Mental d\u2019Hestia Duran i Reynals, ha participat en el grup de treball responsable de l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del document i n\u2019ha fet la presentaci\u00f3 durant la jornada.<\/p><p>Aquest enfocament, amb el qual Hestia Health est\u00e0 plenament alineada, forma part de la <strong>transformaci\u00f3 progressiva en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 en salut mental<\/strong>, que aposta per comprendre la persona: escoltar-la, con\u00e8ixer la seva hist\u00f2ria, identificar les seves pors, oferir-li informaci\u00f3 clara i respectar, sempre que sigui possible, la seva capacitat de decisi\u00f3.<\/p><p>Des d\u2019aquesta mirada, <strong>la prevenci\u00f3 esdev\u00e9 clau<\/strong>: la detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 del malestar, els plans d\u2019abordatge individualitzats, l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 d\u2019entorns m\u00e9s tranquils i segurs i la formaci\u00f3 dels equips en comunicaci\u00f3 emp\u00e0tica i desescalada verbal s\u00f3n fonamentals.<\/p><p>Treballar des de la calma, la prevenci\u00f3 i la comprensi\u00f3 permet avan\u00e7ar cap a entorns assistencials m\u00e9s segurs, respectuosos i centrats en la persona.
