This resource helps create a calm atmosphere and enables people to gradually regain their <strong>balance<\/strong> and manage situations of <strong>emotional distress<\/strong>.<\/p><p>At <strong>Hestia Health<\/strong>, we understand that <strong>humanising<\/strong> mental health care also means <strong>caring for the spaces<\/strong> in which we support people.
