This event brought together professionals from across the country to reflect on new challenges facing the healthcare system and the strategic role of Social Work in current models of care.<\/p><p>Representing Hestia Health, <strong>Sandra Cavanillas<\/strong>, a member of the <strong>Social Work Unit (UTS)<\/strong>, took part in this edition as a co-author of the \u201c<em>Guide to Good Practice in Healthcare Social Work in Intermediate Care Inpatient Units<\/em>\u201d, produced by the <strong>Consorci Sanitari de Catalunya (CSC)<\/strong> and presented during the congress.<\/p><p>It is an honour for Hestia Health to take part in forums that promote knowledge, innovation and exchange between professionals.
