Patients from the centre&#8217;s <strong>Subacute Unit and High Dependency Unit (ADP)<\/strong> joined a therapeutic theatre workshop incorporating games and group activities designed to encourage expression, creativity and emotional wellbeing.<\/p><p>This gathering formed part of a collaborative process involving several organisations, groups and services in the local area, united by a desire to strengthen mental health through mutual support, participation and community connections. <a href=\"https:\/\/hestiahealth.es\/en\/centres\/hestia-health-duran-i-reynals\/\"><strong>Hestia Health Duran i Reynals<\/strong><\/a> occupational therapist <strong>Kanella Makri<\/strong> was the centre&#8217;s lead professional in this joint initiative.<\/p><p>The day offered a space for togetherness and creativity, combining art workshops, group activities, community action and presentations of projects developed through cultural residencies.
