At <strong>Hestia Health<\/strong>, we consider these fundamental pillars of comprehensive, person-centred care.<\/p><p>The conference included a contribution from <strong>Elena Coloma<\/strong>, a clinical nurse with extensive experience in <strong>gerontology and palliative care<\/strong>, who shared an inspiring reflection on the value of being a nurse: \u201cIt is an art, a way of being both within and beyond professional life.\u201d She was joined by Joan, a patient at <a href=\"https:\/\/hestiahealth.es\/en\/centres\/hestia-health-palau\/\"><strong>Hestia Health Palau<\/strong><\/a>, creating a profoundly human and moving moment that reminded us of the essence of our work.<\/p><p>Also taking part was <strong>Carolina Taram\u00f3n<\/strong>, Director of Nursing at <a href=\"https:\/\/hestiahealth.es\/en\/centres\/hestia-health-palau\/\"><strong>Hestia Health Palau<\/strong><\/a> and a member of the faculty&#8217;s teaching team, reaffirming the importance of building bridges between care practice and academic education.<\/p><p>At <strong>Hestia Health<\/strong>, we are deeply grateful for the invitation to take part in this event and the opportunity to share our experience and vision of care.
