The initiative recognises the <strong>value of teams&#8217; first-hand experience<\/strong> as an essential source of continuous improvement.<\/p><p><strong>IDEA<\/strong>\u2014an acronym for <strong>Innovate, Develop, Empower, Act<\/strong>\u2014aims to turn ideas arising from everyday knowledge and practice into workable solutions. The objective is clear: to enhance patients&#8217; and residents&#8217; wellbeing, optimise internal processes and improve care.<\/p><p>The competition is open to all professionals across the group: Hestia Health in Spain, MEDIAN in Germany and Priory in the United Kingdom, with participation organised separately in each country.<\/p><p>Professionals from every department and centre have the opportunity to <strong>submit proposals<\/strong> with an impact, individually or as a team, and compete in their respective countries. <strong>MEDIAN Group<\/strong> will reward the three best projects and <strong>fund the implementation of the winning project<\/strong>, driving tangible improvements rooted in professional practice.<\/p><p>This initiative strengthens MEDIAN Group&#8217;s commitment to collaborative innovation and in-house talent as a key element in continued progress.
