This annual event, organised by nine professional associations, brought together experts from different fields to reflect on care for people with cognitive impairment in residential settings. It provided an opportunity to share experiences and move towards an ethical, integrative and person-centred model of care.<\/p>\n<p>Hestia Health took part in this edition by presenting two scientific posters produced by professionals from the group. The first, entitled \u201cThe Impact of Delirium on Older People in Emergency Departments: A Literature Review\u201d, was prepared by C\u00e9sar Dante Ar\u00e9valo, Carolina Taram\u00f3n, Luisa Carrasco and Susana Pimentel.
