Isto significa que s\u00f3 estar\u00e1n dispo\u00f1ibles por petici\u00f3n dos xulgados e tribunais, do Ministerio Fiscal ou das administraci\u00f3ns p\u00fablicas competentes, durante o per\u00edodo no que poidan derivarse responsabilidades legais.
