Este programa, impulsado pola <strong>Xerencia de Servizos Sociais da Xunta de Galicia<\/strong>, ten como obxectivo axilizar a detecci\u00f3n e resposta ante situaci\u00f3ns de maltrato \u00e1s persoas maiores, garantindo a s\u00faa protecci\u00f3n e benestar. <\/p><p>O equipo de Servizo Social de Hestia Health Maresme desempe\u00f1a un papel esencial neste circuito, identificando casos de maltrato e proporcionando o apoio necesario. Grazas \u00e1 colaboraci\u00f3n con outros profesionais e entidades locais, gar\u00e1ntese unha intervenci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida e eficaz, mellorando a seguridade das persoas maiores. <\/p><p>Este proxecto reflicte o compromiso de <a href=\"https:\/\/hestiahealth.es\/gl\/\">Hestia Health<\/a> coa mellora continua na atenci\u00f3n sociosanitaria e coa protecci\u00f3n dos m\u00e1is vulnerables.
