Avanzar neste cami\u00f1o implica revisar pr\u00e1cticas, compartir co\u00f1ecemento e consolidar modelos asistenciais que sit\u00faen <strong>\u00e1 persoa no centro do seu proceso terap\u00e9utico.<\/strong> <\/p><p>Neste contexto, o documento \u201cRecomendaci\u00f3ns na prevenci\u00f3n e no uso de intervenci\u00f3ns restritivas\u201d, promovido por La Uni\u00f3 &#8211; Associaci\u00f3 d\u2019Entitats Sanit\u00e0ries i Socials e elaborado por profesionais de distintos \u00e1mbitos asistenciais, representa unha achega relevante para seguir avanzando cara a unha atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1is respectuosa, segura e centrada na persoa.<\/p><p>O Dr. Eduardo Fuente, psiquiatra adxunto da unidade de Sa\u00fade Mental de Hestia Duran i Reynals, participou no grupo de traballo responsable da elaboraci\u00f3n do documento e foi o encargado de presentalo durante a xornada.<\/p><p>Este enfoque, co que Hestia Health est\u00e1 plenamente ali\u00f1ada, forma parte da transformaci\u00f3n <strong>progresiva na atenci\u00f3n en sa\u00fade mental<\/strong>, que aposta por comprender \u00e1 persoa: escoitala, co\u00f1ecer a s\u00faa historia, identificar os seus medos, ofrecerlle informaci\u00f3n clara e respectar, sempre que sexa posible, a s\u00faa capacidade de decisi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Desde esta mirada, <strong>a prevenci\u00f3n conv\u00e9rtese nun elemento clave<\/strong>: a detecci\u00f3n precoz do malestar, os plans de abordaxe individualizados, a adaptaci\u00f3n de contornas m\u00e1is tranquilas e seguras e a formaci\u00f3n dos equipos en comunicaci\u00f3n emp\u00e1tica e desescalada verbal son fundamentais.<\/p><p>Traballar desde a calma, a prevenci\u00f3n e a comprensi\u00f3n permite avanzar cara a contornas asistenciais m\u00e1is seguras, respectuosas e centradas na persoa.
