MEDIAN Group is launching IDEA, a Europe-wide competition designed to advance proposals from professionals at its centres. The initiative recognises the value of teams’ first-hand experience as an essential source of continuous improvement.
IDEA—an acronym for Innovate, Develop, Empower, Act—aims to turn ideas arising from everyday knowledge and practice into workable solutions. The objective is clear: to enhance patients’ and residents’ wellbeing, optimise internal processes and improve care.
The competition is open to all professionals across the group: Hestia Health in Spain, MEDIAN in Germany and Priory in the United Kingdom, with participation organised separately in each country.
Professionals from every department and centre have the opportunity to submit proposals with an impact, individually or as a team, and compete in their respective countries. MEDIAN Group will reward the three best projects and fund the implementation of the winning project, driving tangible improvements rooted in professional practice.
This initiative strengthens MEDIAN Group’s commitment to collaborative innovation and in-house talent as a key element in continued progress. At Hestia Health, we have full confidence in our teams’ capacity to bring about change. Because caring also means innovating.
