During Environment Week, Hestia Health Balaguer organised various activities to promote the reuse of materials and reinforce awareness of the importance of preserving the environment.
Through creative, collaborative activities, residents reused materials, transforming everyday objects into new decorative items and reflecting on the importance of reducing waste and adopting more sustainable habits.
The programme also included creating a collective mural about the impact of pollution on marine ecosystems, encouraging the exchange of experiences and shared reflection on environmental protection.
Beyond their environmental focus, these activities allowed participants to work on creativity, motor skills, participation and social relationships, contributing to residents’ wellbeing through meaningful activities adapted to their abilities and interests.
We continue to promote activities that enrich comprehensive care, creating spaces for participation, learning and wellbeing.
