People receiving care at Hestia Health La Robleda took part in a special environmental awareness day to mark World Environment Day, with a range of activities focused on caring for and respecting the environment.
The day began with a reflective activity in which participants wrote messages about commitment to sustainability and environmental protection. These messages, written on environmentally responsible materials, were then placed on a tree in the centre’s garden as a symbol of the collective commitment to caring for and conserving the environment.
The programme also included a gardening activity in which different species were planted in reusable containers, and the creation of a collaborative mural dedicated to sustainability and caring for the planet. These activities encouraged creativity, teamwork and reflection on the importance of adopting more environmentally respectful habits.
At Hestia Health La Robleda, we continue to promote activities that encourage the active participation of the people receiving care and contribute to their wellbeing, incorporating values such as respect, commitment and care for the environment.
