Our nursing team strengthens its commitment to excellence in care through active participation in one of the sector’s most significant events.
On 26 and 27 September, professionals from Hestia Balaguer took part in the SECPAL 2025 Conference, a leading national palliative care event that promotes knowledge exchange and professional development.
At this edition, the team presented four poster communications, contributing to reflection and progress in clinical practice from a holistic perspective grounded in everyday care experience. The work addressed key topics such as quality of life in cancer patients, pain management in home care, clinical complexity in intermediate palliative care and the use of bladder ultrasound as a tool to improve safety and reduce infections.
Knowledge and commitment in the service of care
This active presence at SECPAL reflects Hestia Health‘s values: ethics, commitment, a holistic perspective and warmth. It also reinforces our vocation as an organisation that supports its professionals’ development and promotes knowledge as a driver of better care.
At Hestia Health, we continue to support initiatives that encourage scientific exchange, shared reflection and professional growth, all essential foundations for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
