Participatory activities focused on care and prevention

Día Mundial Higiene Manos Actividades Participativas

To mark World Hand Hygiene Day, Hestia Health launched an awareness campaign across our centres to remind people of the importance of one of the simplest and most effective actions for preventing infections and protecting health.

Professionals and care teams from different centres took part through a range of internal activities and a corporate photo frame created to share a common message of prevention, commitment and safe care.

Centres such as Hestia Health La Robleda and San José also complemented the campaign with participatory activities for patients and residents. A highlight was the handmade soap workshop, which combined creativity, learning and self-care to reinforce healthy habits in an accessible, meaningful way.

An activity was also held to demonstrate how germs spread and the importance of maintaining good hand hygiene in everyday life.

At Hestia Health, we would like to thank all the teams involved in this campaign for helping to build a culture of care based on prevention, shared responsibility and people’s wellbeing.
