The outcome of the IDEA Competition, an initiative launched by MEDIAN Group to encourage creativity and innovation among teams at its centres, has been announced. In this edition, the project “Comprehensive Model”, submitted by Carolina Taramon (Hestia Health Palau), was selected as the winning proposal at Hestia Health.
Alongside the winning project, the initiatives “Wellbeing Thermometer” by Edgar Camino (Hestia Health La Robleda) and “Patient Ambassador” by Jordi Deza (Hestia Health Coroleu) were recognised as finalist proposals, valued for their contribution and potential within the group’s care model.
The winning proposal will receive funding for implementation. All three finalists have also been recognised and rewarded for their contribution to improving the care experience and advancing innovation at Hestia Health centres.
The IDEA Competition has created opportunities for participation and innovation, enabling professionals to submit proposals aimed at continuous improvement. Where possible, the different centres will endeavour to put some of the submitted projects into practice.
At Hestia Health, we congratulate the winner and finalists. We thank all the professionals who submitted their ideas in this edition.
